HSBC is hiring an experienced Account Processor at their Chennai location. The role of onshore staff is to manage day-to-day deliverables and govern the activities performed by both the vendors.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the vendors (Idemia & TBS)for smooth processing of embossing & PIN files
• Handling frontline customer queries & complaints
• Daily recon of cards embossed & delivered
• Returned cards inventory tracking and re-direction
• Destruction of retained card as per set frequency
• Stock recon & Indent tracking (card plastic & stationary)
• Invoice Processing

Requirements

• Graduate or above in any discipline with 2 – 5 years’ experience
• Person having experience and comprehensive knowledge on credit card operations is preferred
• Strong analytical ability, logical thinking and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Have a strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
