Overview:

Google is hiring an experienced Computer Aided Design Engineer, Silicon Front End at their Bangalore location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Design, develop and deploy new Design and Verification (DV) flows, tools and  features.

Support and improve profile execution of the tools and flows currently used in the DV design process.

Design, develop and support design methodologies, automation scripts and write documentation.

Be able to quickly ramp up on an existing front end methodology and support multiple projects.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in sofware developing in Python or other scripting languages such as Perl.

5 years of experience in Design, Verification, or Computer Aided Design (CAD).

Experience supporting EDA tools either as an Application Engineer or as a CAD Engineer.

Experience with hardware description languages such as Verilog and System Verilog.

Experience in verifying digital logic using simulation based techniques.

Ability to learn new technologies and continue self development.

Excellent Unix/Linux command line skills.
