GPSC Recruitment 2022 for 74 Vacancies: Check Posts, Qualification and How to Apply
GPSC Recruitment 2022: Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Chief Electrical Engineer, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, First/Second Expert for Finger Print Bureau, Scientist Officer, Scientist Assistant, Principal Junior, Divisional Officer, and Veterinary Officer. There are 74 vacancies for the given posts. The upper age limit to apply for GPSC recruitment 2022 is 45 years.
As per the official notification of GPSC recruitment 2022, interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website of GPSC. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying. Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. Prescribed qualifications are minimum & mere possession of the same does not entitle the candidates to be called for an interview.
The last date for submitting the online application form for GPSC recruitment 2022 is 23rd December 2022. No applications will be accepted after the stipulated date. Incomplete/False applications will be rejected.

For Chief Electrical Engineer- Officers of the Central Government/Central Public Sector Undertaking connected with the power sector, or officers of the State Government/Union Territories/State Electricity Boards/State Public Sector Undertakings connected with power distribution, possessing a Degree in Electrical Engineering and holding analogous post or with at least 5 years regular service in the grade of Superintending Engineer or equivalent (Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 4 years).
For Divisional Officer- i. Degree, preferably in Science from a recognized University with science subject at 10+2 level.
ii. Advanced Diploma from the National Fire Service College or Associate/Membership Diploma of the
Institution of Fire Engineers (U.K.) or equivalent.
iii. 10 years experience in Fire Services, of which 5 years should be in a responsible capacity.
iv. Should possess a heavy vehicle license.
v. Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable- Knowledge of Marathi.
For Veterinary Officer- i. Recognized Veterinary qualification included in the First or Second Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984) and registered with a Goa State Veterinary Council. uploaded by GPSC on 09.12.2022.
ii. Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable- Experience in Cattle Development or Poultry Development or running of a Veterinary Dispensary.
Knowledge of Marathi.
