For Department of Home(General)-

• The candidate should hold the analogous post in State/Central Forensic Science Laboratory.

For Directorate of Vigilance

Officers under the Central/State Govts. and Union Territories holding posts in the rank of:

• Assistant Engineer or equivalent; or
• Junior Engineer or equivalent with 3 years service in the grade; and
• possessing degree in Civil Engineering of a recognised University or equivalent and preferably
• experience in a research organisation.

For Directorate of Technical Education-

• The candidate should have 1st class Master’s Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology or 1st class Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Marathi.

Salary for GPSC Recruitment 2024:

For Department of Home(General) –

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in the pay matrix Level-10.

For Directorate of Vigilance-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in Level-7.

For Public Health Department, Directorate of Higher Education and Directorate of Women and Child Development-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 15600- and Rs.39100 plus Rs.6600.

For Directorate of Technical Education –

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary at Level 9A.

For Labour Department –

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs.9300 and Rs.34800.
