Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Recruitment 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRCL) is looking for qualified individuals to fill the post of Joint General Manager (HR)/Deputy General Manager (HR). The position requires a deep understanding of HR management and planning, recruitment and reservation roster management, leave administration, performance management, employee benefits policy and procedure formulation, grievance management, RTI, legal cases involving employment/service matters, other labour-related and disciplinary matters, and the ability to work effectively in a computerised environment.
