Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end HR operational activities including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR data management.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technology platforms to maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems and tools, providing training and support to HR team members and employees.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices and operations.
• Implement and optimize HR automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in HR processes.
• Managing the administration of payroll processing and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

What are we looking for:

• 4+ years of progressive HR Operations experience with Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Operations Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
