Amazon is hiring an experienced Sr. Associate, WHS, Central Programs Team at their Bangalore location. As part of this team, Sr. associate/analyst will analyze injury, illness, near miss, events data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate the findings effectively across teams. An ideal analyst is one who enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, likes to work with numbers, and takes pride in organizing and communicating work.

What will you be doing:

Ability to pull data, perform analysis and reporting with guidance

Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from stakeholders.

Handle various set of daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs.

Deep dive into massive data sets to answer key business questions

Communication with global stakeholders

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

VBA macros.

Competent business and technical writing skills.

Analytical skills – has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What Skills are Needed:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Excel – Prior experience on Advanced excel, conditional formatting, Vlookup.

Ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate to the stakeholders and senior management as required.

Strong relationship building/ networking/ interpersonal skills.

Change agent with energy, passion, and skill to drive improvements
