IPPB Recruitment 2025: India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) is seeking qualified and dynamic candidates for the post of Specialist Officers under the Information Technology and Information Security Department in Scale I, II, and III on a Regular/Contract Basis in various Designations i.e., Assistant Manager – IT, Manager – IT and Senior Manager – IT in Technology Department and Cyber Security Expert in Information Security Department. Candidate should have at least 03 to 06 years of working experience in the relevant field. Based on the official notification of IPPB Recruitment 2025, there are 68 open seats for the aforementioned position. Selected officers will be posted at the Corporate Office, New Delhi. However, the Bank reserves the right to post the officer anywhere in India.
Candidates belonging tothe SC/ST/PWD category are required to pay an Intimation Charge of Rs.150, whereas the rest of the others need to pay Rs.750 as an Application Fee. Applicant selection will be made on the basis of their performance in an Interview. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct an Assessment, Group Discussion, or Online Test in addition to an Interview. The Cost to Company (CTC) of officers includes other pay and perks, such as Dearness Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Special Allowance, Fixed Personal Pay, Bouquet of Allowance (@50% of basic pay), NPS, Gratuity, HRA/ Leased accommodation and Mediclaim Facility etc. as per service rules in force from time to time. In addition to the above, the officer would be entitled to Performance Pay if applicable from time to time.
In order to apply for IPPB Recruitment 2025, selected candidates in Scale I/II/III are required to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 36 months. Failure on the part of candidate to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 36 months would be termed as breach of bond agreement. Candidate will be required to execute a bond of Rs.200000 plus applicable GST for the same at the time of joining.
According to the official notification of IPPB Recruitment 2024, the candidates will be selected based on an interview. Till such time, their appointment will be provisional.
