Overview:

American Express is hiring an experienced Senior Associate -Digital Product Management at their Gurgaon location. This Product Development Analyst will play a key role in supporting the evolution of key Personalization products, accelerating growth and embedding personalization across the Enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Work directly with Product, Engineering and Decision Science teams within an agile environment to break down requirements into user stories and own feature delivery end to end.
• Actively participate and at times lead pre-launch testing and post launch validation with key partners across marketing, product operations, technology, and decision science.
• Partner with Analytics to assess the value of new features and conduct strategic analysis to recommend enhancements to our capability roadmap.
• Assist with creation of presentations for executive audiences and partners
• Support the evolution of personalization, and the evolving uses of machine-learning & intelligence more broadly and their implications on product development opportunities.
• Support workstreams to continuously evolve and improve our underlying platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working in digital product development supporting the E2E launch of digital products.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, Mural, Invision, etc.)
• Technically minded & resourceful – with an aptitude to picking up complex processes quickly. Comfortable with changing priorities.
• Proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrixed environment to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ability to analyse data to determine priorities, opportunities, and issues with a product.
• A strong communicator with the ability to deliver accurate, clear, and succinct messages to colleagues at a variety of different levels.
• Proactive and enthusiastic – self-starter who likes to take true ownership over the areas they have responsibility and is comfortable working across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a business discipline; Product development, digital marketing, systems management, or equivalent experience.
