Overview:

Honeywell is hiring an experienced Sales Incentive Analyst at their Bangalore location. The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the global Honeywell businesses using different software solutions to provide expertise in administration of Sales Incentive Program. We are specifically looking for an individual to work closely with the business to understand and integrate data and ensure timely and accurate incentives processing As part of the Commercial Excellence team, the Sales Compensation Analyst position provides a unique opportunity for a highly talented individual to drive significant value in a world class team and offers exposure to a wide variety of people and disciplines across the organization.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Sales Participant data in the Sales Compensation system to ensure all hires, terminations and employee data changes are up to date
  • Active involvement in requirements gathering and create documentation, maintain and update existing business processes based on business requests
  • Providing support in implementing Compensation plans for all SIP eligible employees
  • Manage compensation plans and credit mapping rules for sales participants in the incentive tool
  • Validating sales compensation data for accuracy and consistency with the corporate Sales Compensation policies and guidelines
  • Collaborating with Sales Operations and Sales Management to timely resolve sales compensation issues
  • Support training to Sales teams around Compensation-related processes, procedures and program details
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide ongoing support to proactively assist business in making informed management decisions
  • Support IC Plan health check analysis to the sales leadership
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and maintaining efficiency while meeting critical deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ yrs of total work experience with minimum 2 year of relevant experience required
  • Good analytical mind and skills to change data into information
  • Proficient with Advanced Excel, VBA experience is a plus
  • Experience working with incentive compensation tools preferably Callidus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, self-starter who can work cross functionally and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
