Overview:

PhonePe is hiring an experienced Growth Account Executive – SME B2B PG at their Bangalore location. You will maintain a comprehensive record of account management and sales actions within the CRM and associated systems and escalate effectively and immediately, when faced with internal blockers

What will you be doing:

Grow the business with merchants by effectively playing the role of their account managers

Maintain high transaction rates with merchants and take-up merchant engagement initiatives to avoid merchant inactivity

Cross-sell / up-sell related products present in the organization to existing merchants

Keep an eye on various competition solutions/products being offered in the market .

Resolve merchant issues, queries and tickets by liaising with relevant stakeholder team

Liaise with merchants to execute internal compliance and operational requirements.

Qualifications for this Job:

2-3 years of account manager experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup with the capability to cross & up-sell.

Experience in the payment industry or ecommerce would be an advantage.

Can communicate effectively and persuasively with a high number of merchants (clients) each day

Self-motivated and result oriented personality.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with merchants.

Should know how to use basic excel and possess attention to details
