GST Due Date Alert: Important GST Return Filing Dates

As March begins, there are some important deadlines for Goods and Services Tax (GST) filing on the GST portal. The registered business must be aware of these deadlines, as the failure to comply with the filing deadlines can lead to notices and penalties from the GST department.

Here are some important due dates you must know:

Monthly GST Returns

  • GSTR-1 For February 2026: March 11th, 2026
  • IFF (Optional) For February 2026: March 13th, 2026
  • GSTR-3B For February 2026: March 20th, 2026

Quarterly GST Returns

  • GSTR-1 (January to March 2026): April 13th, 2026
  • CMP-08 (January to March 2026): April 18th, 2026
  • GSTR-3B (January to March 2026): April 22nd, 24th, 2026

Other Returns

  • GSTR-7 for February 2026: March 10th, 2026
  • GSTR-8 for February 2026: March 10th, 2026
  • GSTR-5 for February 2026: March 13th, 2026
  • GSTR-6 for February 2026: March 13th, 2026
  • GSTR-5A for February 2026: March 20th, 2026
  • RFD-10: 2 years from the last day of the quarter in which the supply was received.
