GST Portal Down: GSTN Acknowledges Document Upload Errors on GST Portal
The Taxpayers across the country are facing the document upload issue on the GST Portal, causing major disruptions. Due to this issue, the document uploads are not working in various important modules like New Registrations, Refund Applications, and GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C filings. All processes requiring document uploads are completely halted.
The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) has acknowledged the issue through a post made on Platform X. The GSTN has expressed regret for this inconvenience in a post shared on Platform X. The authority has said that its technical team is working to solve the issue.
In the tweet, the GSTN wrote, "We regret the inconvenience caused due to the document upload issue on the GST Portal. Our technical team is actively working on priority to resolve the issue at the earliest."
