GSTR-9 & GSTR9C due date for FY 2018-19 extended to 31st Dec 2020 The government was getting many request for extension of due date fo GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C. This was on ground of COVID-19 Pandamic, lock down and business restrictions. It was requested to extend the due date beyond 31st Oct 2020. This was requested to enable the business and auditors to do proper compliance in this regard. In view of same and recommendation of GST Council, due date of filling GSTR-9 & GSTR9C due date for FY 2018-19 extended has been extended to 31st December 2020.
