HAL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Navaratna Central Public Sector undertaking, is a premier Aeronautical Industry of South East Asia. HAL is hiring qualified candidates for the post of Lab Technician Trainee on a permanent Basis in the Non-Executive Cadre, to be posted in HAL, Avionics Division, Hyderabad. There is only 01 vacancy which is reserved for ST candidates. As per the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 28 years as of 1st February 2023. The applied candidate will be under training for a period of 1 year. In accordance with the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates during the training period will be given Rs. 30184 and an Accommodation Allowance (in case Company Accommodation is not provided) of Rs. 5940 per month. After the training period, the candidate will be given in the regular scale of pay of Rs. 22000-90000.
All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility. Shortlisted candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test. All the details regarding the test will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email. As given in the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can submit their duly filled-in applications in the prescribed format given in the official notification in A4 size paper along with copies of certificates (self-attested) with reference to Age, EducationQualification, Caste and Experience, etc., and post to Manager (HR), HR Department, Avionics Division, HAL Post, Hyderabad-500042 on or before 16th March 2023.
As per the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the post of Lab Technician Trainee. There is only 01 vacancy for ST candidates.
The posting place will be at Avionics Division, HAL, Hyderabad. However, they are liable to be transferred/posted to any place where HAL has Divisions/Offices/Cases depending upon the requirements. No request for a change of posting will be entertained after joining.
Tenure– The selected candidates will be under training for a period of 1 year.
In accordance with the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 28 years as of 1st February 2023.

According to the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates during the training period will be given Rs. 30184 and an Accommodation Allowance (in case Company Accommodation is not provided) of Rs. 5940 per month. In addition to the above, the trainee would be eligible for Medical Facilities, Leave, etc. admissible as per Company’s Policy.
After the training period, the candidate will be given in the regular pay scale of Rs. 22000-90000.
As given in the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for the Lab Technician Trainee.
PUC/Inter (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) + Diploma (2/3 years Full Time Course) in Medical Laboratory Technology.
All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility. Shortlisted candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test. All the details regarding the test will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email. The Written Test will be held in Hyderabad and the tentative date of the Written Test is 26th March 2023.
The Written Test will be 2 ½ hours in duration. The test will be in 3 parts, comprising of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Part I will consist of 20 questions on General Awareness.
Part II will consist of 40 questions on English & Reasoning.
Part III will consist of 100 questions in the concerned Discipline.
Each question carries 1 mark and there is no negative Marking.
Selection of the candidates will be done based on the Marks scored in the Written Test. Candidates who qualify in the Written Test will be called for Document Verification in order of merit.
Document verification may commence immediately a day after the declaration of results in case of which Candidates are advised to bring all the relevant original certificates/testimonials etc. along with one set of self-attested photocopies in support of educational qualifications, experience, date of birth, caste certificate (In Central Govt. format), Disability certificate, Ex-servicemen Discharge Book, etc.
