Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023: Central Bank of India is seeking retired bank officers in Scale II and above to work as FLCC Incharge at Morena, Bhind, and Gwalior Centre. As per Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the candidates should have a graduate/postgraduate degree from a UGC-recognized university and should have worked in any public sector bank/SBI or RRBs for at least 15 years in officer cadre, with a minimum of 20 years of service, and three years of experience as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch. They should also be below the age of 65 with sound health, have an unblemished record, possess a satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer, be well-versed in the local language, and be residents of the same or nearby district.
As per Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the candidate will be appointed on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of renewal at the bank’s discretion. The contract amount will be fixed as the last pay and allowances drawn by the officer less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief, or Rs. 15,000 per month, whichever is lower. As per Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the candidate will also be entitled to 15 days of leave per year, with a maximum of two days per month. However, preference will be given to officers with rural development backgrounds such as Agriculture Finance Officers/Rural Development Officers/Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of Banking/Lead District Managers and Faculty Leaders/Faculty members of Training Centers/Colleges with specialization in Rural Development.

In addition, the candidate should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least three years, possess an unblemished record, and have a satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer. The candidate should be well conversant with the local language, should have retired from Scale II and above, and should be a resident of the same or nearby district.
As per Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidate will receive a fixed contract amount based on their last pay and allowances drawn, less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief, or Rs.15,000/- per month, whichever is lower. In addition, the candidate will receive a lump sum amount of Rs.500/- per month towards mobile and conveyance expenses. For official visits where a vehicle is not provided, the candidate will be reimbursed with a Diem Allowance of Rs.300/- per day. However, no Diem allowance shall be payable where a vehicle is provided. No other allowances or reimbursement of expenses will be admissible.
