HAL Recruitment 2023 Released New Notification: Check Posts, Qualification and How to Apply
HAL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is hiring qualified candidates to fill up vacancies for the posts of Dy. Manager (Security/Production), Finance Officer and Engineer (Production/Commercial/Maintenance). There are a total of 07 vacancies for the given posts. According to the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Dy. Manager is 37 years and for all other posts is 35 years. The selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 5.34 lakh to Rs. 6.70 lakh per annum. As mentioned in the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the appointment is for a period of 04 years.
In accordance with the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, all the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates through email. Candidates have to pay Rs. 500 as application fee and ST/SC and PwBD category candidates are exempted from payment of fee. The last date for submitting the application form is 18.09.23. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.

As per the the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 5.34 lakh to Rs. 6.70 lakh per annum.
In addition, they will also be entitled for PF, Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Medical Insurance Assistance, Company Uniform, Stitching Charges, Shoes, mobile reimbursement and other benefits as per Company Rules.
Candidates applying for HAL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
Dy. Manager (Security)- Successful completion of ten months pre-Commission Training Course from the Officers’ Training School, Chennai or from any other equivalent Institution under the Defence Forces; [OR] Successful completion of one to one and a half years Course conducted by the Central/State Governments qualifying for appointment as Deputy Superintendent of Police/Sub Inspectors in State Police, Railway Protection Force, Central Reserve Police, Border Security Force; [OR] Successful completion of one-year Training Course conducted by Central Government for those selected for the posts of Intelligence Officers in the Central Intelligence Bureau and Research and Analysis Wing; [OR] Successful completion of Training conducted by the Central Government for candidates selected for the post of Sub Inspectors in the CISF or successful completion of oneyear training conducted by Home Ministry, Government of India, for SI in CBI; [OR] 52 weeks Training Course of Instructions for Armed Forces, and in the Rank of Warrant Officer and Master Warrant Officer or equivalent
Dy.Manager (Production)- Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical / Production) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
Finance Officer- Bachelor’s Degree with a pass in final examination of CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. OR Two Years Full-time MBA (Finance)* with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination from AICTE recognised Institutions whose entrance is carried out through MAT/ CAT.
Engineer (Production)- Degree in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical/ Production) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
Engineer (Maintenance)- Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electrical / Electronics) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
Engineer (Commercial)- Degree in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination. Candidates having Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management or its equivalent will have an added advantage.
