Tenure and Place of Posting for HAL Recruitment 2024:

The tenure for HAL Recruitment 2024 will be carried out on a short-term basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of 02 years, which may be extendable by 1 more year, based on the requirements for posting at the Divisions of HAL/Offices of CEMILAC (Centre for Military Airworthiness and Certification) a laboratory of Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) through its Regional Centers of Military Airworthiness(RCMAs), Bangalore which gives certification coverage for HAL Products.

• The candidates selected for HAL will be posted in the Office of Divisions of HAL/ RCMAs/CEMILAC, Bengaluru.
