HAL Recruitment 2024: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is looking for interested and eligible candidates for the post of Middle Specialist and Junior Specialist in various disciplines. In accordance with the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2024, there are 12 vacancies opened for the mentioned opportunities. The candidates applying for the given opportunity should have a First Class Degree in their relevant disciplines. The maximum age limit for applying for the post of Junior Specialist is 35 years and the maximum age limit for applying for the post of Middle Specialist is 40 years. The monthly salary for Middle Specialist will be Rs.50000 and for Junior Specialist will be Rs.40000. The appointment will be on a short-term basis for an initial period of 02 years and may be extended further.

The tenure for HAL Recruitment 2024 will be on a short-term basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of 02 years, which may be extended further by 01 more year based on the discretion of the Management on a requirement basis for posting at the Offices of CEMILAC (Centre for Military Airworthiness and Certification) which are located within the Office premises of Bangalore based HAL Divisions.
The candidates applying for HAL Recruitment 2024 need to pay an application fee of Rs.500 (inclusive of GST), which is non-refundable and is to be paid as an application fee. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ XSM are exempted from payment of application fees.
According to the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2024, the eligible applicants will be determined on the basis of a Written Test and Personal Interview conducted by the committee. The written Test will be in English only. The Candidates will be shortlisted for Interviews on the basis of Written Test Marks in the order of merit in the ratio of 1:5 with respect to the number of Vacancies in each Category.
