In the absence of PG-qualified doctors, MBBS graduates who possess at least 2 years of working experience in the concerned speciality will be selected. The senior residents taken in the broad speciality of medicine would also be allocated to the superspeciality branches cardiology, nephrology, and oncology. The senior residents taken in the broad speciality of surgery would also be allocated to the superspeciality branch of urology. Candidates who have already completed three years tenure as Senior Resident in any government . organisation are not eligible to work as per norms of Residency
