According to the official notification of HBCSE Recruitment 2023, there are 04 vacant seats available for the post of Administrative Assistant (B), Work Assistant, Driver (B) and Junior Engineer for UR categories.

Age Limit for HBCSE Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of HBCSE Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit is 28 years and the maximum age limit is 33 years.

• The maximum age limit for the post of Administrative Assistant (B) is 33 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Work Assistant is 28 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Driver (B) is 30 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Junior Engineer (B) is 28 years.

Qualification and Experience for HBCSE Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of HBCSE Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

1. For Administrative Assistant (B)-

• Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with an aggregate of 55% marks.
  Proficiency in word processing/database.
• 5 years experience in Establishment/General admin/HR/Accounts in a large and reputed organization.

Desirable-

• Master’s degree in Arts/Commerce/Science or Post-graduate Diploma/ MBA in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in the English language.
• Should have Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using personal computers, MS Office applications and various other software.
• Knowledge of Stenography (English).

2. For Work Assistant-

• Passed S.S.C. OR Equivalent (Central/State Board Examinations).
• Minimum 01-year experience.

Desirable-

• Ability to read, write and understand the English language.
• Basic knowledge of the computer.
• Experience in handling large materials and packaging.

3. For Driver-

• S.S.C or Equivalent (Central/State Board Examinations).
• Valid license for driving the appropriate vehicle (heavy motor vehicles) as per requirement.
• Minimum 3 years of accident-free experience of driving heavy passenger motor vehicles in large cities.

Desirable-

• Basic knowledge of First Aid (Certificate in First Aid would be preferable).
• Knowledge of Troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Knowledge of the local language (Marathi) is desirable.

4. For Junior Engineer-

• Full-Time Diploma in Electrical Engineering (from a recognized University/Institute with an aggregate of 60% marks).
• Knowledge of the use of personal computers and their applications.
• 1-2 years experience in the supervision of electrical & HVAC maintenance work in government institutes or private organizations.

Desirable-

• Full-time Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (from a recognized University/institute).
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other related computer software in general.
• Independently analyzes and applies solutions to challenging issues within the area of expertise by applying critical thinking.
• Knowledge of maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting work involved with electrical/Mechanical systems on the service floor and Utility Area, like chiller, compressor, AC, HVAC, AHU, boiler, hot water generator, VFD drives, breaker, panel wiring, UPS etc is desirable.
• Knowledge of the government tender process in estimation and tender preparation.

Salary for HBCSE Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of HBCSE Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs.63378.

• The selected candidates for the post of Administrative Assistant (B) and Junior Engineer (B) will get a monthly salary of Rs.63378.
• The selected candidates for the post of Work Assistant will get a monthly salary of Rs.31563.
• The selected candidates for the post of Driver (B) will get a monthly salary of Rs.34698.

Selection Process for HBCSE Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of HBCSE Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and interview.
