HCIL Recruitment 2023: Hotel Corporation of India Limited (HCIL) is inviting applications from experienced professionals of Indian nationality for the posts of Shift In Charge, Commis, Executive Butler, Bartender/Sommelier, Supervisor- Housekeeping and Stewarding, Culinary Associate, Associate Services, Lounge Hostess, Driver and Associate Stewarding. According to the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, there are a total of 62 vacancies for the given posts. The selected candidates for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 40000. As mentioned in the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Associate Service and Lounge Hostess is 40 years and for all other posts is 35 years.

In accordance with the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can appear for interview on 20th and 21st April 2023 between 10 am to 5 pm at at the Centaur Hotel, IGI Airport, New Delhi 110037. Candidates applying for Commis and Lounge Hosetess post have to appear for the trade test before the interview and should report by 10 am.

Salary for HCIL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary as given below-

For Shift In Charge- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 40000.

For Commis and Executive Butler- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 35000.

For Bartender/Sommelier and Supervisor- Housekeeping Stewarding- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 27500.

For Culinary Associate, Associate Services and Lounge Hostess- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 25000.

For Driver- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 21500.

For Associate Stewarding- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 20000.

Age Limit for HCIL Recruitment 2023:

As given  in the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below:-

For Associate Service and Lounge Hostess- The maximum age limit for the given posts is 40 years.

For Shift In Charge, Commis, Executive Butler, Bartender/Sommelier, Supervisor- Housekeeping and Stewarding, Culinary Associate, Driver and Associate Stewarding- The maximum age limit for the given posts is 35 years.

Qualification for HCIL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for HCIL Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Shift In Charge- Graduate with a certification in F&B with a minimum of 3 years in the F&B industry. Preference will be given to those with prior experience of working in an airport lounge.

For Commis- Graduate with a certification in Food Production with a minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry/flight kitchen/ institutional catering/cloud kitchen OR Minimum 10+2 with a certification in culinary arts and a minimum of 5 years experience in the food production department of a major chain of hotels / hotel of repute.

For Executive Butler-  Graduate with a formal training program OR Diploma in Hotel Management and minimum of 1 year as a Butler in the hospitality industry, cruise liner, etc. In addition, be able to work well with others and demonstrate a high degree of emotional & social quotient, the incumbent will have excellent verbal communication skills, active listening skills, problem-solving & customer service skills and remains calm in stressful situations.

For Bartender/Sommelier- Graduate with a Bartender course OR Diploma in Hotel Management and minimum of 1 year as a Bartender in an F&B outlet of repute. Preference will be given to those with prior experience of working in an airport lounge.

For Supervisor- Housekeeping and Stewarding- Graduate with 2 years of Housekeeping experience in a hotel/restaurant, etc. OR 10+2 with a certification in Housekeeping and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hotel/restaurant/Lounge/flight kitchen/facility management service organisation of repute.

For Culinary Associate- Graduate with a certification in the Culinary Arts OR 10+2 qualification with a certificate in culinary arts and 1 year of relevant experience of working in a Flight Kitchen, Hotel, Restaurant, QSR, Institutional Kitchen, Mess/Canteen Kitchen.

For Associate Services- Graduate with a certification in F&B Services. Preference will be given to those having a Diploma in Hotel Management preferably OR 10+2 with certification in F&B and 3 years of experience working as a F&B Steward in a hotel/ F&B Outlet/Lounge of repute. Excellent command over English & Hindi. Those who can also converse in a foreign language will be preferred. Those with experience in an Airport Lounge will be preferred.

For Lounge Hostess- Graduate or Diploma in Aviation or equivalent. Preference will be given to those with relevant experience/working as a Receptionist/ Hostess in a hotel/ F&B /Lounge of repute. OR 10+2 with 3 years of experience working as a Receptionist in a hotel/in F and B/Lounge of repute. Excellent command over spoken English and Hindi. Ability to converse in any foreign language will be an added advantage. Those with experience working in an Airport Lounge will be preferred.

For Driver- Passed 12th Board exams with a valid Indian Driving license to drive Commercial vehicles, including trucks & mini vans as well as motor vehicles with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Transport company, flight catering unit or travel agency of repute.

For Associate Stewarding- Passed the 10th Board exams with a minimum of 6 months in a hotel/ F and B outlet/ flight catering unit/ industrial canteen of repute or Certification in Stewarding.
