HCL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is inviting online applications from eligible and willing candidates for the post of Trade Apprentice under the Apprentices Act 1961. The selected candidates for HCL Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a training period of 01 year. The chosen candidates will be given a monthly stipend as admissible under the rules. Candidates should have a maximum age of 21 years to apply for HCL Recruitment 2023. The candidates will be selected on the merit based on their ITI and 10th grade results.
Candidates who passed 10th class and 8th class examinations under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and passed ITI exam in relevant trade are eligible to apply for HCL Recruitment 2023. There are 10 vacant seats available for the given post. In order to apply for HCL Recruitment 2023, desirous and willing candidates must submit their applications online through the HCL website on or before the deadline after registering for apprenticeships on the Government of India portal. There won’t be any other forms of application accepted. The online application started on 20.10.2023.

The chosen candidates for HCL Recruitment 2023 will be appointed for a training period of 01 year.
The maximum age limit is 21 years for applying to HCL Recruitment 2023. A relaxation of 5 years is admissible for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates in the upper age limit. All govt. guidelines on the matter will be observed.

Based on the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend as admissible under the rules.
The selection of HCL Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of merit based on their ITI and 10th-grade results. Marks earned in relevant trades in ITI will be weighted at 40%, while marks earned in 10th grade will be weighted at 60%. If two or more candidates receive equal marks while producing the merit list, the candidate with the older age will be given preference.
