Hindustan Petroleum Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is recruiting dynamic and aspiring aspirants for filling up the post of Research Associates and Project Associates on a Fixed Term basis at HP Green R&D Centre, Bengaluru. According to the official notification of Hindustan Petroleum Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed initially for a period of one year, which may be extended by one more year at a time based on the project requirement and performance of the candidate.
As given in the official notification of Hindustan Petroleum Recruitment 2023, the maximum age for the position of Research Associate is 32 years old, and the maximum age for the position of Project Associate is 28 years old. As per the official notification of Hindustan Petroleum Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be selected on the basis of a personal interview by the Selection Committee. As mentioned in the Official notification of Hindustan Petroleum Recruitment 2023, the candidate appointed for the Research Associate post will get a monthly stipend between Rs.65000 to Rs.85000, and for the Project Associate post candidate will get a monthly stipend between Rs.40000 to Rs.50000. Candidates applying for the Hindustan Petroleum Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.
Research Associates
Ph.D – Engineering
a) Phd. in Chemical engineering; preferably in the following areas:
b) Phd. in Combustion & Emission Engineering / Automobile Engineering /Thermal Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
Candidates with Research experience and specialization in Internal Combustion Engine (IC Engine) are desirable.
c) Ph.D. in Metallurgy with Specialization in Corrosion Studies.
Candidates with research experience in new products for corrosion mitigation, a protocol for experimentation, etc. are desirable.
Ph.D., – Bio Science /Microbiology/Biotechnology
Candidates with research experience in microbial bioprocesses with experience working on yeast or bacterial molecular biology are desirable. In addition, candidates with research experience working on bio-fuels such as 2G Ethanol and Algal Biofuels are desirable.

As mentioned in the Official notification of Hindustan Petroleum Recruitment 2023, the candidate appointed for the Research Associate post will get a monthly stipend between Rs.65000 to Rs.85000, and for the Project Associate post candidate will get a monthly stipend between Rs.40000 to Rs.50000.
