Salary for HPSCB Recruitment 2024:

Jr. Clerk (Under Direct Recruitment Quota)-

• The candidate should have a  10+2 with 50% marks or a Graduate or above from a recognised University.
• The candidate should have a provided that the candidate has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.

Jr. Clerk (Under PACS Quota i.e. quota reserved for Trained Secretaries of PACS)

• The candidate should have a 10+2 with 50% marks or a Graduate or above from a recognized University.
• The candidate should have provided that the candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
• The candidate should have a minimum of continuous 5 years of service as Secretary as defined in Rule 2(vii) of the H.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971 of Primary Agriculture Credit Society. For a candidate possessing a Graduate Degree, the required experience shall be three years instead of five years.

Junior Clerk (Under OCS Quota i.e. quota reserved for employees of Other Cooperative Societies and employees of PACS who are not covered under the definition of “Trained Secretaries”)

• The candidate should have 10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate or above from a recognised University.
• The candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
• The candidate should have a minimum of continuous 7 years of service in a cooperative society. For a candidate possessing a Graduate Degree, the required experience shall be five years instead of seven years.

Selection Procedure for HPSCB Recruitment 2024:

As mentioned in the official notification of HPSCB Recruitment 2024, the applicable and qualified candidates will be selected based on a written examination. The examination will be held in 02 Phases.

• Phase 1 consists of a Preliminary Examination of 100 marks.
• Phase 2 consists of the Main Examination of 100 marks.
