Qualification and Experience Required for HSCL Recruitment 2025:

The candidates must meet the mentioned requirements of educational qualification and experience as per the posts, according to the official notification of HSCL Recruitment 2025 –

Fireman –

• Pass in SSLC.
• (i) Minimum four to six months training in Fire Fighting from a State Fire Force or Public Sector Undertaking or a Government recognized course OR
• (ii) Certificate in Nuclear Biological Chemical Defence and Damage Control (NBCD), including firefighting onboard ships from Armed Forces/ Recognized Institutions.

Experience –

• Minimum one year experience in firefighting in State Fire Force or in a large Industrial Undertaking or in the Armed Forces or in Public Sector Undertakings or in Private Companies. The duties include fire surveillance/ firefighting activities in confined spaces of vessels under construction.

Desirable –

• Good communication skills and working knowledge in Hindi/ Bengali.

Semi Skilled –

• Pass in IV Std.

Experience –

• Minimum of three years’ experience in rigging, of which two years in rigging of heavy-duty machine parts, assisting in the erection of machinery/ equipment
  etc.

Desirable –

• Good knowledge of splicing work of wire ropes

Scaffolder –

• Pass in X Std.

Experience –

• Minimum of three years post-qualification experience/ training in general structural / scaffolding.

Desirable –

• Good communication skills and working knowledge of Hindi/ Bengali.

Tenure for HCSL Recruitment 2025:

The official notification of HCSL Recruitment 2025 states that the contract tenure of all posts is for a maximum period of five years, subject to project requirements and individual performance.

Remuneration for HCSL Recruitment 2025:

The selected candidates for HCSL Recruitment 2025 will be given consolidated pay for the candidates meeting the minimum experience requirement (i.e., 3 years) of Rs.22,100/- per month. They will also be eligible for compensation for extra hours of work up to Rs.5,530/- per month.

Selection Procedure for HCSL Recruitment 2025:

The candidates who are applicable for HCSL Recruitment 2025 will be selected on the basis of the Practical/ Physical tests organized by the committee.

The minimum pass mark for each in the selection tests for both Phase I & Phase I for all posts shall be as below:

• For unreserved posts and for EWS candidates– 50 % of the Total Marks of each test,
• For OBC candidates – 45 % of the Total Marks of each test only for vacancies reserved for OBC.
• For SC/ST candidates – 40% of the Total Marks of each test only for vacancies reserved for SC/ST.

HCSL may relax the minimum pass mark, if the number of qualified candidates is insufficient
