For Vice President (L4)- C and M-

• The candidates must be regular Engineering Graduates in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Candidates with additional Qualification of PG Diploma in Materials Mgt. or MBA in Materials Management may be given preference.

For Engineer (L-1)- Chemical (Urea)-

• The candidates must have a full-time regular B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg) , approved by AICTE/UGC or AMIE in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.

For Manager (L-2)- Chemical (Ammonia)

• The candidates must have a B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) , approved by AICTE/UGC or AMIE in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology with a minimum aggregate of 60 % marks.

For Officer (L-1)- Human Resource-

• The candidates must have a regular MBA/ MSW/Integrated 5 years MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of minimum 02 years duration in HRM or Personnel Management or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from a recognized University / Institute with a minimum aggregate 60 % marks.
• Candidate with has Degree in Law (LLB) is desirable.

For Chief Manager (L-3) Finance-

• The candidates must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA/CMA) or 02 years full-time regular MBA with a specialization in Finance with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Candidates with dual specialization or General MBA shall not be eligible to apply.

For Manager (Legal)-

• Candidates must have 3 years of Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)/5-year integrated law degree, Full-time basis from a recognized Indian University / Institute ) with 60% marks.

For Vice President (Marketing)-

• Candidates must have a B.Sc. (Agri) with an M.Sc. in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks or a B.Sc. (Agri) / B.E./B.Tech ( in any discipline) with full-time MBA/PGDBM in Marketing / Agri Business Marketing / Rural Management recognized by UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks.

Salary for HURL Recruitment 2024:

The salary offered to the selected candidate for HURL Recruitment 2024 is given below-

Vice President-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 32 lakhs per annum.

Engineer and Officer-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 7 lakhs per annum.

Manager-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 16 lakhs per annum.

Chief Manager-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 24 lakhs per annum.

The final pay shall be commensurate to the individual’s profile. In addition to the CTC offered, an amount equivalent to 15% of CTC as interim relief will be paid subject to adjustment as per pay revision, presently under management’s consideration. The amount will be taxable as per IT rules and will be adjustable as per Management’s decision on pay revision. Candidates will be eligible for annual increment @5% of CTC apart from performance linked increment.

Tenure for HURL Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidate for HURL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of 1 year. Candidates will be required to get a satisfactory performance rating for confirmation of their services at the end of the probation period.
