• The candidates should be officers who are in service or who have retired on attaining superannuation / voluntary retirement, retired under SBP VRS, released under the Exit Option scheme or left the service otherwise before superannuation, of the Scheduled Commercial Bank or the Central/ State Government or a Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous/ regulatory body, with minimum 10 years post qualification work experience in the IT Dept. of which at least 02 years as DGM-IT OR GM-IT in the Scheduled Commercial Bank OR equivalent position in Central Government / State Government / Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous body/ regulatory body.
• The candidate should produce a certificate of having the requisite post-qualification work experience from the organisation.

Salary for IBPS Recruitment 2025:

The candidates selected for IBPS Recruitment 2025 will be given a CTC of approximately Rs.28 Lakh Per Annum.

• The Cost to Company (CTC) of officers includes other benefits such as Medical Benefits, Medi-Claim, Leave encashment, Performance incentive (as per the criteria defined by the Institute), Telephone bills and Newspaper bill Reimbursement, Canteen Subsidy as per the Institute’s Rules and extant policies as modified/ amended/ revised from time to time.
