The ICAI has released a set of instructions or guidelines for the candidates who are willing or planning to file application forms for the upcoming CA Final November 2026 Examination.
Important Guidelines for CA Final November 2026 Aspirants

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has issued a set of instructions for the candidates who are willing or planning to file application forms for the upcoming CA Final November 2026 Examination. Candidates are advised to carefully read, understand and follow those instructions before initiating the filing process.
The application window for the CA Final November 2026 Examination is open online on the Self-Service Portal (SSP) at https://eservices.icai.org. To log in to the portal, candidates will require their username and password. Candidates will need to pay a certain examination fee online in order to complete the application filing process.
The ICAI has flagged that you do not register yourself as a 'user' in SSP if you are an existing student. In such a case, ICAI has provided a separate link/URL (download the PDF below to access the link). In case you have forgotten or lost your password, you can also generate a new password by clicking on the 'forgot password' option. Candidates are required to Create User Name, Register Course, Convert Course, Update Photo, Signature and Address on SSP to complete the application filing process.
The ICAI has strictly advised that "DO NOT OPEN MORE THAN ONE SESSION AT THE SAME TIME ON THE SAME COMPUTER WHILE FILLING THE ONLINE FORM. i.e., do not fill more than one form at the same time on the same computer even if you are filling the two applications using different browsers or different tabs of the same browser." It has been recommended not to use mobile phones for filing the form.
Refer to the official PDF for complete instructions.
