ICAI Revises Fees for Verification and Certified Copies of CA Examination Answer Books
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a statutory body established under an Act of Parliament, has introduced a significant revision to the verification/certified copy fee for answer books of the Chartered Accountants (CAs) Examinations, as announced on December 18, 2025.
The ICAI has reduced the verification fee for the Foundation/Intermediate/Final/PQC Exams from Rs. 100 per paper to Rs. 50 per paper, and the fee for certified copies is from Rs. 500 per paper to Rs. 100 per paper.
Candidates planning to apply for the verification and certified copies of answer books after the announcement of the ICAI CA January 2026 Examination Results must be aware of the aforesaid fee revisions in verification/certified copies fees. Candidates should pay the revised fees mentioned above while submitting their application for verification or certified copies of answer books.
This revision is a student-friendly move that makes the post-examination process much more accessible for Foundation, Intermediate, Final, and Post Qualification Course (PQC) candidates.
