ICSI Releases 45th Annual Report and Audited Statements for FY 2024-25

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released its 45th Annual Report and the Audited Statements of Consolidated accounts via notification (F. No. 104/45/Accts.-1, Dated August 25, 2025). The notification also includes the Auditor’s Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025. An annual report is the yearly publication that highlights the institute’s activities, finances, and vision. This report helps the shareholders, investors or other external entities to understand the institute’s performance.

The ICSI, under Section 18(5B) of the Companies Secretaries Act, 1980, has released the audit report, which includes the key programmes and activities organised and initiatives taken up to May 31, 2025.

As per the report, CS Dhananjay Shukla was appointed as President and CS Pawan G. Chandak as Vice-President, effective from 19th January 2025. The report also shared that during the financial year 2024-25, the council had scheduled 9 meetings.

The report also contains detailed information on the composition of various Committees, including the standing and non-standing, as well as Boards, Task Forces, and external committees. Annexure A has the information on the composition, while Annexure B gives the details of the meeting held and attended by the members of the council and committees.

Additionally, the “Statistics at a Glance” section gives useful data on members and students for the period.
