IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 for 600 Vacancies: Check Post, Eligibility, and Other Important Details
IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023: IDBI Bank is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Assistant Manager. As per the IDBI Bank 2023 notification, there are a total of 600 vacancies for the given post. As per the IDBI Bank notification, the maximum and minimum age limits for both posts are varies.
Based on the official notification of IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates have to apply online on or before the last date. As per the IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates fulfilling the required eligibility criteria may apply online through the link given on Bank’s website. The online registration will start on 21.02.2023 and the last date to fill out the online application form and pay of application fee is 28.02.2023.
As per the IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 notification, applications are invited for the Role of Assistant Manager. There are a total of 600 vacancies for the Post.
Candidates will be posted at Bank’s discretion, to any offices of the Bank or the departments/offices/business units / the Bank’s associate institutions. The candidates will also be liable to be transferred to any place in/outside India, as the Bank may decide from time to time in terms of the Bank’s prevailing rules/policies.
The age of the candidate shall be above 21 years and below 30 years for him/her to be eligible to apply for the given post. The candidate must have been born not earlier than January 02, 1993, and not later than January 01, 2002 (both dates inclusive). The cut-off date for eligibility criteria of age & qualification is January 01, 2023.
As per the IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023, the eligible candidate should hold the following qualifications:
i. He/She shall be a graduate of a recognized university.
ii. The university/institute should be recognized/approved by Government; Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
iii. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheets (year/semester wise or consolidated) and Degree/ Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the University showing that he/ she is a graduate as on January 01, 2023, before registration.
Note: Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
iv. Having operating and working knowledge of computers is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations /Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School /College /Institute.
He/She should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Banks and financial services (including but not limited to Micro Finance Institutions/Non-Banking Financial Companies/Cooperative Banks/ Regional Rural Banks/Fintech Companies) & Insurance Sector. Experience should be Full time & as a permanent employee (Experience below 06 months in any organization will not be reckoned).
Mention below is the salary for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023:
After joining the Bank’s services as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’, the extant Basic Pay currently applicable to Assistant Managers in Grade A is Rs. 36,000 per month in the pay scale of 36000 – 1490 (7) – 46430 – 1740 (2) – 49910 – 1990 (7) – 63840 (17 years).
Initial appointment in the post of Assistant Manager is on probation for a period of 1 year from the date of joining the Bank (which can be extended at the discretion of the Bank).
The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI), and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank.

The candidate may apply from February 17, 2023, to February 28, 2023, both dates inclusive.
