The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has today launched 13 new programs in all its affiliated colleges at PG, Diploma, and Certificate Levels including 4 MBA programmes in new domains.
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) newly released programmes include an MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Management, a PG Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology, PG Diploma in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, an MA in Geeta Studies, an MBA in Construction Management, MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, MBA in Agribusiness Management, Certificate Programme in Early Childhood Special Education Enabling Inclusion – Visual Impairment, Certificate Programme in Early Childhood Special Education Enabling Inclusion – Hearing Impairment, Certificate Programme in Early Childhood Special Education Enabling Inclusion – Intellectual Disability, MSc (Home Science – Community Development and Extension Management).
A few days previously, IGNOU released a notification regarding the MBA in healthcare & hospital management, this course is for graduated students. Candidates are necessary to achieve at least 50 per cent marks as general and 45 per cent for candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) in their graduation, to get admission into this program.
Similarly there there another program started by the IGNOU i.e., MBA Construction Management. All the degree programs that are running in the IGNOU are offered by the School of Engineering and Technology and in English Medium for the time period of two years. The fee structure set by the university for these courses is Rs. 15,500 for each semester but in semester 3rd the fee structure is a little different i.e., Rs. 17,500 because this semester includes 8 credit projects. The candidates interested in opting for these courses can register themselves at the official admission portal of IGNOU i.e., ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
