IGNOU Recruitment 2023: 200 Vacancies, Check Post, Eligibility and How to Apply
IGNOU Recruitment 2023: The NTA has sought online applications from desirous candidates for Junior Assistant-cum-Typist (JAT) at the IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). As per the official brochure of IGNOU Recruitment 2023, there are 200 vacancies available for this post. The application process shall start on March 22, 2023.
According to the IGNOU Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get remuneration in the pay matrix (19900–63200) level 2 of the 7th CPC. The maximum age limit for this post is 27 years as of March 31, 2023. Candidates who have a 10+2 certificate from a recognized education board can take part in this recruitment process.
The complete application process should be completed in online mode only.. As per the official notification of IGNOU Recruitment 2023, aspirants must fill out the application form on or before April 20, 2023.

As per IGNOU Recruitment 2023As per IGNOU Recruitment 2023, candidates must possess certain essential qualifications and skills in order to apply for this recruitment process. The different eligibility parameters have been mentioned herein:
Essential Qualification: Aspiring candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized education board.
Essential Skill: Eligible candidates should have a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. (words per minute) in English and 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.
According to the IGNOU Recruitment 2023 official notification, the minimum age limit for eligible candidates is 18 years. The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to General and EWS category is 27 years. The reference date for calculating the age limit is March 31, 2023. Age relaxation has been provided to candidates from various reserved categories. The same has been tabulated below:

As per the IGNOU Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected based on a CBT (computer-based test), which will be conducted by the NTA. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The exam will consist of 150 MCQs (multiple choice questions). The breakdown of the complete exam pattern has been tabulated below:

Candidates qualifying for the CBT will have to appear for the skill (Typing) test, which will be qualifying in nature.
According to the IGNOU Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will have to complete the application process through online channels only. Aspiring and eligible candidates should visit the official website of the NTA to complete their registration process. The application fee for the unreserved, OBC (NCL), and EWS categories is Rs 1,000. SC, ST, and female candidates will have to pay Rs 600, while there is no application fee for PWBD candidates.
Candidates must complete their application process on or before April 20, 2023, up to 11:50 p.m.
