IIIT-NR Recruitment 2022: IIIT-NR (Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee International Institute of Information Technology, Naya Raipur) is hiring eligible candidates for the recruitment regarding the post of Temporary Faculty in the departments of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DSAI), and Mathematics. Dr. SPM IIIT-NR is a joint venture by Chattisgarh State Government and National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC). The applicants should have specializations in general areas related to Computer Science and Engineering/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence Mathematics with applications to Computer Science or DSAI. The recruitment will be on a temporary basis.
The selection process consists of Seminar Presentation / Interview. The shortlisted candidate will be invited to give a selection test/seminar. Only the candidates recommended in the selection test/seminar, based on their performance shall attend the interview before the selection panel. Preference will be given to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Female categories. Faculty shall be eligible for traveling allowance for attending conferences/workshops/paper presentations as payable to the concerned equivalent regular post. Further, they shall also be eligible for Cumulative Professional Development Allowance (CPDA) in proportion to their period of engagement as payable to the concerned equivalent regular post. The last date for application submission is 25th November 2022.

Qualification:
a. Ph.D. in relevant discipline/ Ph.D. Thesis Submitted
b. Ph.D. in Mathematics with a Computer Science background is preferred
Specialization:
General areas related to Computer Science and Engineering / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence Mathematics with applications to Computer Science or DSAI
The duration of engagement shall be one semester to start and may be extended from semester to semester as per institute policy. Maximum appointment duration in a person’s entire career shall be limited to 5 semesters.
Faculties engaged under this category shall be entitled to 18 days Casual Leave (CL) and 3 days Restricted Holiday (RH) in each calendar year and in case of appointment in the middle of the year or in termination of service, calculation of eligibility for CL shall be made on a proportional basis for full completed months. Any other leave would be Leave Without Pay (LWP).
