IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya is inviting dedicated and committed candidates for the Faculty Position in different departments. As mentioned in the official notification of IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2023, the candidates selected for the mentioned position will get a monthly pay scale from Level-10 (Rs.57700 to 98200) to Level-14A (Rs.159100 to 220200) (according to the positions). The educational qualification is different for each post and department (mentioned below in the article). As per IIM Bodh Gaya Rules, the pay includes all other allowances such as DA, HRA/ Leased Semi-Furnished Accommodation, LTC, Medical reimbursement, Children’s Education Allowance, NPS, reimbursement of telephone bills, incentive for research publications, faculty development fund for attending national and international conferences, membership of professional bodies, and so on. The candidates must have demonstrated the ability to make a relevant intellectual contribution to experienced and aspiring managers through teaching, training, research, and publication. The faculty members are expected to do research, plan and teach courses, participate in institution growth, and undertake training and consulting programmes.
As mentioned in the official notification of IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2023, the selection procedure will be totally based on the personal interview conducted by the committee. The candidates appointed on a regular basis would be on a probation basis for an initial period of 02 years. The candidates should have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field and department. Professor:
The candidates should have a PhD in the appropriate branch with 60% or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in PG, with a very good academic record throughout.
Associate Professor:
The candidates should have a PhD in the appropriate branch with 60% or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in PG, with a very good academic record throughout.
Assistant Professor, Grade I:
The candidates should have a PhD in the appropriate branch with 60% or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in PG, with a very good academic record throughout.
Assistant Professor, Grade II:
The candidates should have a Ph.D. in the appropriate branch or First-class (Min 60%) or equivalent grade in Master’s and Graduation Degrees or First-class (Min 60%) or equivalent grade in Class XII and Class X and the candidates should have a Minimum one Research Paper in “C – Category Journals” or above.
Assistant Professor, Grade II:
The candidates should have a Ph.D. in the appropriate branch or equivalent grade in Master’s and Graduation Degrees or First-class (Min 60%) or equivalent grade in Class XII and Class X.

Experience Required according to the posts is as mentioned below:
Professor:
The candidates should have at least 10 years of teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution/ institutions of comparable standard.
Associate Professor:
The candidates should have at least 06 years of experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor, and ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives, and the ability to undertake research independently.
Assistant Professor, Grade I:
The candidates should have at least 03 years of teaching/research/industrial experience (exclusive period of doing PhD). However, in exceptional cases of candidates with excellent academic credentials, this experience requirement may be waived.
Assistant Professor, Grade II:
The candidates should have more than 01 year of post-Ph.D. experience/ Candidates from Industry (Government /PSU/Research Organization) having experience of more than one year of post-Ph.D. experience at the level equivalent to Assistant Professor.
Assistant Professor Grade II:
The candidates should have less than 01 year of post-Ph.D. experience excluding Ph. D. experience. The candidate who has given the viva voce with the provisional award of PhD may also apply.
