Qualification for IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2023:

Chief Administrative Officer

Essential:

  • Post-graduate degree in any discipline with at least Second Class (55% marks) with a postgraduate diploma in management from a reputed University/ Institute OR Post-graduate degree in Law/Management (MBA) from a reputed University/Institute OR Engineering graduates with a degree/diploma in management.
  • Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English.
  • Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

Proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office) and the Internet.

Administrative Officer

Essential:

  • Post-Graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (55% marks) OR Post-Graduate degree in Public Relations or Journalism or Mass Communication (10+2+3+2) from a reputed University / Institute.

Desirable:

Proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office), Internet, and Knowledge/experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing/Content Curation will be an added advantage.

Finance & Accounts Officer

Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant OR M.Com. preferably with S.A.S. or equivalent, with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record. Proficiency in computer operations like Excel, Data Management, MS Windows & MS Office is a must.

Assistant Administrative Officer

Graduate/Post-Graduate degree (10+2+3+2) preferably MBA with at least 55% marks from a reputed & recognized University or Institute

Security Officer

Graduate/Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% Marks.

Assistant Administrative Officer

  • Good academic record with a Master’s degree in Hindi, of at least 55% marks or its
    equivalent grade.
  • Degree course with English/Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory/elective subject.

Accountant

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in Commerce with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade, consistently good academic record, and 5 years post-qualification relevant experience.

  • Master’s degree in commerce (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade, consistently good academic record, and 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

Senior Library & Information Assistant

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in Library Science with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade, a consistently good academic record, and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed Institute/University library department.

  • Master’s Degree (10+2+3+2) in Library Science with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record and 3 years of post-qualification experience in the library department of a reputed Institute/University.

Library Assistant

Master’s in library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent with 60% marks from reputed institutions and a minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant field.

Hostel Assistant

Essential Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

Desirable Qualification:

Certificate course in Hospitality Management/ Catering/ House Keeping etc. from a recognized government institute or reputed Hotel.

Salary for IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2023:

  • Chief Administrative Officer  will get a monthly salary between Rs. 78800 to Rs.209200; Entry Pay: Rs. 78800
  • Administrative Officer will get a monthly salary between Rs. 56100 to Rs.177500; Entry Pay: Rs. 56100.
  • Finance & Accounts Officer will get a monthly salary between Rs. 56100  to 177500; Entry Pay: Rs. 56100.
  • Assistant Administrative Officer will get a monthly salary between Rs. 47600 to Rs.151100; Entry Pay: Rs. 47600.
  • Security Officer will get a monthly salary between Rs. 47600  to Rs. 151100; Entry Pay: Rs. 47600.
  • Assistant Administrative Officer will get a monthly salary between Rs. 47600 to Rs. 151100; Entry Pay: Rs. 47,600.
  • Accountants will get a monthly salary between Rs. 35400 to Rs. 112400; Entry Pay: Rs. 35400.

In addition to the basic pay, incumbents are eligible for allowances as per IIM Bodh Gaya HR Policy/CCS Rules as applicable.

Experience for IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2023:

Chief Administrative Officer
At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in heading administration of a government department or reputed Management Education Institute/University/ College/Commercial organization of national/international repute, out of which at least 10 years at the level of Senior Administrative Officer. Experience in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER, etc. will be preferred.

Administrative Officer
Post-qualification experience of at least 8 years in General Administration, public relations, journalism, mass communication, media management and relations (online, broadcast, and print), background in researching, writing, and editing publications; out of which 5 years in independent handling these functions at Level-8/ Level-6 (7th CPC). Experience in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER, etc. will be preferred.

Finance & Accounts Officer
Minimum 8 years of experience post-qualification as Accounts Executive in industry/Govt./Public Sector undertaking, and having knowledge of Government financial, accounting, taxation & audit rules and procedures. Experience in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER,, etc. will be preferred. Knowledge of Government financials, accounting, taxation & audit rules, and procedures will be selected.

Desirable:
• Familiarity with computerized accounting environments such as Tally/ERP/PFMS etc.

Assistant Administrative Officer

Experience:
Post-qualification relevant experience of at least 8 years for Graduates and 5 years for PostGraduates, out of which 3 years in independently handling Placement functions and Corporate Interactions at reputed academic institutes. Experience in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER, etc. will be preferred.

Desirable:
MBA, Proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office), Internet, and Knowledge/experience of working with ERP/ Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage.

Security OfficerMinimum 15 years of experience for Graduate/10 years for Post-Graduate in Armed forces/Para Military Forces at a level of Junior Commissioned Officer in the Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary forces

Assistant Administrative Officer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa.
• Should possess experience in academic institution administration routine management

Accountant
Candidate should be familiar with computerized accounting environments such as Tally/ERP etc. Experience in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER, etc. will be preferred. Experience in finance and accounts functions in a reputed organization/PSU/Govt. department and knowledge of General Finance Rules are essential.

Senior Library & Information Assistant

Experience in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER, etc. will be preferred. Experience in working on library software systems is essential.

Library Assistant
Experience in working on a library software system and the ability to work in an automated environment is essential. Candidates with higher professional qualifications and training or experience in libraries of any IIMs/IITs or any Central Funded institute shall be given preference

Hostel Assistant
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar kind of job.

Selection Procedure for Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests and personal interviews.

Note:
For regular appointments, there would be a probation period of 2 years.
