Qualification and Experience for IIM Kozhikode Recruitment 2024:

Candidate should have the required qualifications and experience for applying to IIM Kozhikode Recruitment 2024 as mentioned below-

For Associate Professor-

• The applicant must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in appropriate subjects with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and with an excellent academic record throughout.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 06 years of teaching/research/industrial experience of which 03 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent. Experience gained while pursuing a Ph.D. will not be considered.

For Assistant Professor (Grade I/Grade II)-

• The applicant must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in appropriate subjects with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and with an excellent academic record throughout.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 03 years of teaching or equivalent research/industrial experience excluding the experience gained while pursuing a Ph.D.
• Fresh Ph.D. holders and those with less than 03 years of teaching or equivalent research/industrial experience may also apply. However, they may be considered for appointment on a contract basis and be placed as Assistant Professor (Grade II) with Academic Pay Level 10 or Pay Level 11 depending on their experience. They will be considered for regularization as per the rules of the Institute.
