Salary for IIM Kozhikode Recruitment 2024:

The salary given to the selected candidate for IIM Kozhikode Recruitment 2024 is given below-

Associate Professor- 

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in Pay Level-13A2 (Rs. 139600 – Rs.211300).
• Assistant Professor (Grade II)- Pay Level 11 (Rs.68900- Rs.1,17,200)
• Assistant Professor (Grade II)- Pay Level 10 (Rs.57,700- Rs.98,200)

Assistant Professor- 

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in Pay Level-12 (Rs.1,01,500 – Rs.1,67,400).
• Assistant Professor (Grade II)- Pay Level 11 (Rs.68900- Rs.1,17,200)
• Assistant Professor (Grade II)- Pay Level 10 (Rs.57,700- Rs.98,200)

Qualification for IIM Kozhikode Recruitment 2024:

The given below are the qualification for IIM Kozhikode Recruitment 2024.

Assistant Professor- 

• Candidates must have Ph.D. or equivalent degree in appropriate subjects with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and with excellent academic record throughout.
• Candidates must have Minimum 3 years of teaching or equivalent research / industrial experience excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.
• Fresh Ph.D. holders and those with less than three years of teaching or equivalent research / industrial experience may also apply. However, they may be considered for appointment on contract basis and be placed in Assistant Professor (Grade-II) with Academic Pay Level 10 or Pay Level 11 depending on their experience. They will be considered for regularization as per the rules of the Institute.

Associate Professor- 

• Candidates must have Ph.D. or equivalent degree in appropriate subjects with first class or equivalent degree and with excellent academic record throughout.
• Candidates must have Minimum 6 years of teaching / research / industrial experience of which 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent. Experience gained while pursuing Ph. D. will not be considered.
