Job Description for IIMA Recruitment 2023:
The selected candidate will be required to work in the following first and perform the functions assigned:
1. Taxation – Direct and Indirect – Compliance, litigation, seeking and issuing opinions
2. Managing Investments for the Institute
3. Vetting of all agreements and MoUs from a tax, CSR, and FCRA perspective
4. PF Fund – Accounting and taxation
5. Any other account/finance-related function.
Qualification and Experience for IIMA Recruitment 2023:
The eligible candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience in direct and indirect Taxation, preferably of the educational institution(s). The candidate who has handled the Treasury functions will be an added advantage.
He/She should have good knowledge of SAP is essential as accounting is in SAP.
Age Limit for IIMA Recruitment 2023:
The upper age limit for applying for the above-mentioned post is 35 years as on the last date of application. The Institute provides age relaxation as per GOI rules. Additional 5 years of age relaxation is given to women candidates.
Salary and Allowances for IIMA Recruitment 2023:
As per the IIMA Recruitment notification, the selected candidate will be placed in Pay Level 10 under the pay matrix of the 7th Central Pay Commission, based on experience and qualifications. Besides the salary as per the 7th CPC, the Institute offers other benefits which are at par with the permanent employees.
Tenure for IIMA Recruitment 2023:
Selected candidates will be offered an appointment on a Tenure Based Scaled Contract for a fixed term of three years, which may be extended for a further period as required.
