IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati is inviting applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellowship in IIT Guwahati and VIT Chennai. In accordance with the official notification of IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2023, there are 02 vacant seats available for the mentioned post. The candidates will be selected on the basis of a personal interview via online mode. The selection will be purely based on the performance of the candidate in the interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview via email. Candidates should have a B. Tech ( Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) with Gate Score or Higher Qualification ( Ph. D / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent) may be considered as equivalent to the B. Tech with Gate Score and without gate scores candidates will be designated as “Assistant Project Engineers“.
As mentioned in the official notification of IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.31000 with 16% of basic pay and B. Tech Candidate without Gate Score will get a monthly salary of Rs. 22000. The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 11 months.
