India Post Office  Released State Wise Preferences Form: India Post Office has released the State Wise Preference form in respect of eligible candidates of CGLE 2019 of Group ‘C’ in Junior Accountant (JA) cadre.

India Post Office has released 10 Vacancies to fill up Group C in Junior Accountant (JA) on deputation basis from among the staff workers under various Ministries/ Department of Government of India / State Government/ PSUs etc. Now, India Post has released State Wise Preference form for the selected candidates.

All candidates are, therefore, requested to furnish the state wise preference in the enclosed proforma, immediately by 24 June,2022 and send it to the under mentioned address/on email address so as to enable this office to proceed further in this regard.

The envelope containing the SWP may also be super-scribed as PROFORMA FOR SWP CGLE 2019.

Important Instructions for filling State Wise Preference form:

• The allocation to the Postal Accounts Office (PAO) would be with reference to the final rank obtained in the CGLE-2019 exam vis-à-vis preferences given and vacancies available, in the respective category.
• The candidates must furnish the state wise/PA wise preference in the proforma enclosed herewith. The preference should be made in the requisite box by writing the name of the PAO in BLOCK letters against the pro-forma box.
• The candidate must fill up all the preferences. All other details in SWP form i.e. Name, Roll No., Rank, Sign etc. should also be filled up correctly and completely.
• The candidates, in whose case the SWP is not received by the due date, it shall be deemed as no preference have been furnished and their dossiers shall be liable to be sent to any of the Postal Accounts Office where the vacancies exists after allocation of candidates who have furnished the SWP and etc.
