India Security Press Recruitment 2022: India Security Press, Nashik Road under the “Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) invites online applications for the post of Welfare Officer at A-2 Level (01) and Junior Office Assistant at B-3 Level (15) initially on probation for a period of 01 year. The Welfare Officer will be placed in the Pay Scale Rs. 29740- 103000 and the Junior Office Assistant will be placed in Rs. 21540- 77160. There are a total of 16 vacancies available for the Posts.

Qualification and Experience for India Security Press Recruitment 2022:

For Welfare Officer, A-2 Level

a) Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (duties, qualifications, and conditions of service) Rules, 1966.

b) Possesses adequate knowledge of the Marathi language.

c) Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any industry /Factory as a Welfare Officer/Personnel Officer/HR Executive in HR or Welfare Department.

For Junior Office Assistant, B-3 Level

Graduate with at least 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed on the computer in English @ 40 wpm/in Hindi @ 30 wpm.

All the required qualifications should be full-time regular courses recognized by University/ Institute. Course offered through part-time or distance mode will not be acceptable for the purpose of the educational eligibility criteria.

Internal candidates of SPMCIL who have acquired higher qualifications through part-time courses will be eligible for the higher positions if the same has been acquired during the service in SPMCIL with the prior approval of the Competent Authority, provided they have rendered a minimum length of 03(Three) years’ service in SPMCIL on the closing date of the application process. This exemption will not be applicable if the process of acquiring qualification was commenced or completed before joining SPMCIL.

Probation Period for India Security Press Recruitment 2022: The selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of one year. The period of probation may be extended by a further period of one year at the discretion of the Company.

Selection Process for India Security Press Recruitment 2022:

For Welfare Officer– Selection for the post will be done through examination which will be conducted “Online”. The online test will be of objective type comprised of (1) concerning discipline area and (2) Other subjects. The online examination shall be a qualified-based examination for merit purposes.

For Junior Office Assistant– Selection for the post of Junior Office Assistant will be done through (a) Typing Skill Test on Computer and (b) Online Written Examination.
