Indian Army Recruitment 2024: The Indian Army is inviting applications from qualified and willing male, and female candidates and also from widows of Indian Armed Forces Defence Personnel to fill the vacancy for the post of Short Service Commission (SSC). There are 379 vacancies open for Indian Army Recruitment 2024. The chosen candidates will be paid a monthly remuneration up to Rs. 250000. The candidate should have a minimum age of 20 years and a maximum age of 27 years; however for Widows of Indian Armed Forces Defence Personnel who Died in Harness, the candidate should have a maximum age of 35 years.
To apply for Indian Army Recruitment 2024, the candidate must have passed the required Engineering Degree course or be in the final year of an Engineering Degree. The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 10 years. The candidates will be selected on the basis of the SSB Interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Candidates who meet all eligibility requirements as given in the official notification of Indian Army Recruitment 2024 may apply online through the official website of the Indian Army on or before the closing date. Candidates who have passed the requisite Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of an Engineering Degree are eligible to apply for Indian Army Recruitment 2024.
The selected candidates for Indian Army Recruitment 2024 will be offered a monthly salary of up to Rs. 250000.
The appointment of Indian Army Recruitment 2024 is made for a period of 10 years. However, it may be extendable by a further period of 04 years subject to their opting for the same and being found eligible and suitable for extension of service as per terms of engagement issued from time to time.
The candidates will be selected for Indian Army Recruitment 2024 on the basis of the SSB Interview. The date, time, and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
