The age limit for the Chief Manager post is between 29 to 40 years.

The age limit for the Senior Manager post is between 27 to 38 years.

Qualification and Experience for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023

As per the official notification of Indian Bank recruitment 2023, the qualification and experience required are as mentioned below-

1. For Chief Manager (Credit)-

Candidates should have CA / ICWA Or MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from reputed institutions.

Experience-

• Candidates must have a Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Credit / Finance in a Bank / FIs.

2. For Senior Manager (Credit)-

Candidates should have CA / ICWA Or MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from reputed institutions.

Experience-

• Candidates must have a Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Credit / Finance in a Bank / FIs

3. For Manager (Credit)-

Candidates should have CA / ICWA Or MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from reputed institutions.

Experience-

• Candidates must have a Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Credit / Finance in a Bank / FIs.

4. For Chief Manager (Risk Management)-

Candidates should have 4 Year Engineering Degree / Postgraduate in any discipline and FRM from GARP / PRM from PRMIA or Equivalent qualification in Risk management from reputed institutions.

Experience-

• Candidates must have a Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Credit / Risk Management in a Bank / NBFC / FIs.

5. For Senior Manager (Risk Management)-

Candidates should have 4 Year Engineering Degree / Postgraduate in any discipline and FRM from GARP / PRM from PRMIA or Equivalent qualification in Risk management from reputed institutions.

Experience-

• Candidates must have a Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Credit / Risk Management in a Bank / NBFC / FIs.

6. For Manager (Risk Management)-

Candidates should have 4 Year Engineering Degree / Postgraduate in any discipline and FRM from GARP / PRM from PRMIA or Equivalent qualification in Risk management from reputed institutions.

Experience-

• Candidates must have a Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Credit / Risk Management in a Bank / NBFC / FIs.

7. For Chief Manager (Marketing)-

Candidates should have a Graduate and Two Years of Full-time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with a specialization in Marketing.

Experience-

• Candidates must have a Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Marketing preferably in Bank / NBFC / FIs.

8. For Manager (Marketing)-

Candidates should have a Graduate and Two Years of Full-time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with a specialization in Marketing.

Experience-

• Candidates must have a Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Marketing preferably in Bank / NBFC / FIs.

Salary for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023

Selected candidates get a monthly salary as given below-

1. The selected candidates for the Assistant Manager post will get a monthly salary on a pay scale Level I.

2. The selected candidates for the Manager post will get a monthly salary on a pay scale Level II.

3. The selected candidates for the Senior Manager post will get a monthly salary on a pay scale Level III.

4. The selected candidates for the Chief Manager post will get a monthly salary on a pay scale Level IV.

Application Fee for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023

According to the official notification of Indian Bank recruitment, the online application fee for SC/ST/PWBD candidates is Rs.175 and for other candidates is Rs.850.

Selection Process for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023
