Indian Bank Recruitment 2023: Indian Bank, a leading public sector bank with headquarters in Chennai, is looking for applications for the posts of Chief Executive Officer, Head of Human Resources, and Head of Technology on a contractual basis. There are 03 vacant seats available for mentioned posts. As given in the official notification of the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, the candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in business/ accounting/ engineering/ economics or sciences for Chief Executive Officer, a graduation Diploma in Management / MBA for Head of Human Resource and Engineering Graduate or MCA for the post of Head of Technology. The minimum and maximum age of the candidates should be 36 years and 57 years old, respectively.

Referring to the official notification of the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed initially for a period of 03 years, which is extended depending on a satisfactory annual performance review. Candidates who belong to SC, ST, or PwBD categories have to pay Rs.100 and all other candidates have to pay Rs.1000 as an application fee. In accordance with the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, selection will be based on the personal interview. Essential Qualifications and Experience for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:

In order to apply for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, candidates should have the following essential qualifications and experience:

For Chief Executive Officer:

  • The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, economics, or sciences from a University recognized by the Govt. of India, government bodies, AICTE, etc.

Preferred Qualification:

  • The candidate should have a graduation diploma in management or MBA from a university recognized by the government of India, government bodies, AICTE, or CA/ICWA.

Experience:

  • The candidate should have 15+ years of experience in BFSI.
  • The candidate should have experience in managing Retail and Commercial Banking Operations, Sales, Contact Centre, IT and related areas preferred.
  • The candidate should have experience working in a shared services organization.
  • The candidate should have a proven ability to drive discipline, process orientation, and quality control in a large, complex organization.

Preferred Qualification:

  • The candidate should have experience leading an Operations Shared Services setup.
  • The candidate should have experience with continuous improvement methodology in a services-led environment.
  • The candidate should have a Strong operational understanding of banking operations.

For Head of Human Resources:

  • The candidate should have a post-graduation diploma in Management / MBA or Post Graduation with a specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resources field (Labour Relations / Labour Studies / Organization Development / Organization Behaviour, etc.) from a university recognized by the Govt. of India, government bodies, or AICTE.

Experience:

  • The candidate should have 15+ years of HR experience, of which at least 5 years should be in the capacity of HR Head of a reputed organization with a sizeable employee base.
  • The candidate should have experience in any service industry, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • The candidate should have experience in the shared services entities of BFSI companies.

For Head of Technology:

  • The candidate should have an Engineering Graduate or MCA from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India /Govt. bodies/AICTE etc. Preference shall be given to the Candidates who possess B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech from a recognized University / Institution in Software Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Technology / Electronics / Electronics and Communications.

Preferred Qualification:

  • The candidate should have a Post Graduation Diploma in Management / MBA from a University recognized by the government of India, government bodies, or AICTE.

Experience:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of overall post-qualification experience in IT with regulated financial services organisations or in technology/ software organizations engaged in creating large-scale products/ platforms/ applications for the BFSI industry.
  • The acandidate should have out of the above, a minimum of 4 years of experience should have been in leading teams in the areas of data centers, Networking, Infrastructure management and operations shared services setup/operations services subsidiary.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding of Technology in a Banking context across applications, infrastructure and security aspects.
  • The candidate should have Exposure to data sharing and data privacy guidelines.

Preferred Experience:

  • The candidate should have experience leading technology for a shared services setup.

Age Limit for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, the age of the candidates should not be less than 36 years and not be more than 57 years old.

Tenure for the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:

In the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, the nature of the appointment is contractual for a period of 03 years after the incorporation of the subsidiary, subject to annual review based on the needs and requirements of the bank or subsidiary, and extendable for a further period.
