Indian Coast Guard organization is inviting eligible applicants for fill up Store Keeper II Engine Driver, Civilian MT – Driver, Fork Lift, Operator, Sheet Metal Worker, Carpenter, Unskilled Labourer, and MT Fitter on a Direct Recruitment.

Age Limit for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit for the above post is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years.

Place of Posting for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023, candidates will be posted at Paradip, Haldia, Bhubaneswar, and Kolkata.

Eligibility for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023 must have the following eligibility.

Store Keeper II

• Candidate should have a 12th pass from a recognized Board or University.
• Candidate should have One year of experience in handling Stores from any recognized firm or Central or State Government organization or Public Sector Undertakings

Engine Driver

• Candidate should have a 10th pass or equivalent.
• Certificate of competency as an Engine Driver from a recognized Government Institute or equivalent.

Desirable:-

Two years service as Sarang on a Vessel of over four hundred Boat Horse Power.

Civilian MT – Driver

• Candidate should have a 10th Standard pass.
• Candidate must possess a valid driving license for both heavy and light motor vehicles.
• Candidate should have at least 02 years of experience in driving motor vehicles.
• Knowledge of motor mechanism (should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles).

Fork Lift Operator

• Candidate should have a  Certificate in the respective trade from ITI or other recognized institutions with not less than one year of experience in the trade.
• Candidate should have 3 years of experience in the trade for which no training is available in ITI or other recognized institutions.
• Candidate should possess a heavy-duty vehicle driving license.

Desirable:-

• Candidate should have 10th Standard pass.
• Candidate should have Knowledge of English

Sheet Metal Worker and Carpenter

• Candidate should have 10 pass or equivalent.
• Candidate should have successfully completed an apprenticeship from a recognized/reputed Workshop in the relevant trade under Apprentice Act, 1961, or under any other recognized Apprenticeship Scheme.
• Candidate should have completed training in the relevant trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 01-year trade experience.
• Candidate should have04 years of experience in the trade for which no training is available in the ITI or other recognized Institutions.
• Candidate should qualify for a trade entrance examination.

Unskilled Labourer

• Candidate should have a matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized boards or ITI from recognized institutions.
• Candidate should have three years of experience in the trade.

MT Fitter 

• Candidate should have a Matriculation or equivalent.
• Candidate should have 02 years experience in an automobile workshop.

Desirable:-

I.T.I. diploma in relevant trade

Salary for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023, candidates will be paid between Rs.18000 to Rs.25500 per month.
