Overview:

Infosys is hiring an experienced Senior Process Executive at their Bangalore location. You will be responsible for systematic data gathering from company disclosures (e.g. sustainability reports, annual reports).

What will you be doing:

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring developments and trends in various sectors of specialization and assessing the impact of those companies on the overall sector.

Taking ownership of production targets and delivering the research within timelines outlined in the processes and quality standards.

Coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that production is completed on time without compromising on quality.

Participation in quality assurance procedures.

Qualifications for this job:

Educational background – Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, commerce, business administration, economics or accounting.

Domain – Having fair knowledge and understanding of Financial Market, ESG (Environment, Social and Corporate Governance) can apply for these positions.

Experience – 1 to 2 years

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Domain knowledge.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail.

Ability to be a Team Player, flexible in shift rotation and work beyond traditional working hours basis business requirements.

Time-management skills and ability to work well under stringent TAT.

Experience in data collection and analysis and business research would be an advantage.

Knowledge and experience in using MS Office.

Fast learner, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas and processes with ease.
