IOCL Recruitment 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Executive Level 1 and Executive Level 2. As given in the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, there are a total of 106 vacancies for the given posts. According to the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given remuneration of up to Rs. 16 lakh per annual. In accordance with the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for Executive level 1 is 35 years and for Executive Level 2 is 45 years.
The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 3 years or co-terminus with the completion of the project. All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. According to the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the official website on or before 22nd March 2023. Candidates have to send their duly filled-in application form along with self-attested copies of relevant documents to Post Box No.3096, Head Post Office, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110003 by 6th April 2023. Candidates belonging to general/OBC/EWS category have to pay Rs. 300 as application fee. ST/SC/ExSM are exempted from payment of fee.

Tenure– The engagement shall be on fixed term contractual basis. The duration of engagement shall be for a maximum period of 3 years or co-terminus with the completion of the Project, whichever is earlier.

According to the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, the salary is given below-
For Executive Level L1 on Fixed Term Engagement basis at annual consolidated amount of Rs. 12 lakhs.
For Executive Level L2 on Fixed Term Engagement basis at annual consolidated amount of Rs. 16 lakhs.
Note: Annual consolidated amount payable (as equal monthly amounts) to Fixed Term Employees(FTEs) will remain same throughout the period of engagement.

For Executive Level L1- Graduate(B.E./ B.Tech) in relevant discipline
Mechanical Engineering (excluding Automation/ Automobile/ Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Power/ Production Engineering/ Mining Engineering & Technology, Mining & Machinery/Marine Engineering/ Robotics/ Welding etc.).
Electrical Engineering (including Electrical & Electronics Engineering but excluding Electrical & Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Power Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering etc.)
For Executive Level L1- Graduate(B.E./ B.Tech) in relevant discipline
Civil Engineering (excluding Construction/Environmental/Transportation Engineering etc.) Instrumentation Engineering (including Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering but excluding Electronics & Communication Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering etc.) Diploma in relevant discipline.
Mechanical : 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Electrical: 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engg. / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Civil: 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Instrumentation: 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engg/Instrumentation & Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control Engg, / Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
Executive Level L2 Graduate (B.E/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.

The selection process will comprise Personal Interview only. Candidates will have the option to speak in either English or Hindi language during their Personal Interviews. The candidates should secure minimum 50% qualifying marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in Personal Interview, for being adjudged suitable for selection. Securing the minimum qualifying marks in Personal Interview does not confer any right or claim by the candidates for consideration for final selection, as the same is related to number of positions, reservation position relative composite merit applicable for each category, candidates meeting the notified eligibility criteria/other parameters, documents found in order upon verification and other conditions specified in the advertisement.
