Sr. Associate (Technical)
Candidates should have a Full-time bachelor’s degree in engineering in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Production/Production & Industrial Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile/Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Civil with minimum 50% marks.
Sr. Associate (Fire & Safety)
Candidates should have a Full-time bachelor’s degree in engineering in Fire/Fire & Safety with minimum 50% marks.
Sr. Associate (Marketing)
Candidates should have a full-time two-year MBA with specialization in Marketing/Oil & Gas/Petroleum and Energy/Energy and Infrastructure/International Business with a minimum of 50% marks.
Sr. Associate (Finance & Accounts)
Candidates should have a CA/CMA (ICWA) or Full time two years MBA with a specialization in Finance with minimum 50% Marks.

Mention below is the experience required for GAIL Recruitment 2023:
Senior Associate
Candidates should have a Minimum 02-year post qualification inline experience in their respective disciplines. One year of apprenticeship in the respective discipline will be considered part of the experience. Summer and vocational training will not be considered part of the experience.
Junior Associates
Candidates should have a Minimum 02-year post qualification inline experience in their respective discipline. One year of apprenticeship in the respective discipline will be considered part of the experience. Summer and vocational training will not be considered part of the experience.
The maximum age limit for applying for the above-mentioned job post is 32 years. Candidates above the age of 32 years are not eligible to apply.
Selected candidates for the above-mentioned job post will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years which can be extendable for 02 years.
